AAA Dollars® World Mastercard® Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT: To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

We may change APRs, fees, and other Account terms in the future based on your experience with U.S. Bank National Association and its affiliates as provided under the Cardmember Agreement and applicable law.

We apply your minimum payment to balances with lower APRs first, including Promotional APRs. Amounts paid over the minimum payment will be applied in the order of highest to lowest APR balances.

How Variable Interest Rates Are Determined: After the introductory period, your interest rate is a variable rate and is determined by a combination of the Prime Rate (which may vary) added to a margin (which does not change). Because the Prime Rate may vary, your variable interest rate will go up or down if the Prime Rate changes. More information is available in the Cardmember Agreement.

Notice to Married Wisconsin Residents: No provision of any marital property agreement, unilateral statement under section 766.59 of the Wisconsin statutes or court decree under section 766.70, adversely affects our interest unless we, prior to the time the credit is granted or an open-end credit plan is entered into, are furnished a copy of the agreement, decree or court order, or have actual knowledge of the adverse provision. IF YOU ARE A MARRIED WISCONSIN RESIDENT, CREDIT EXTENDED UNDER THIS ACCOUNT WILL BE INCURRED IN THE INTEREST OF YOUR MARRIAGE OR FAMILY.
Notice to Ohio Residents: The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers, and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. Earn 1% for every dollar of qualifying Net Purchases. Qualifying net purchases are all retail purchases less credits, returns and adjustments ("net purchases") charged to the card each billing cycle. AAA Dollars credited for qualifying net purchases made with your Account will be available through the online Account service. ACG Card Services cannot control how merchants choose to classify their business and reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify.

You will not earn AAA Dollars for Advance transactions, such as cash advances, cash equivalent advances, cash advances requested through telephone transfers, ATM transactions, traveler’s check purchases, balance transfers, or access check or convenience check transactions, and other Advances as defined in the Cardmember Agreement. AAA Dollars do not accumulate for unauthorized Account transactions or for Account fees or other charges of any kind, such as interest charges, late payment fees, annual fees, or any related services charges. AAA Dollars may not accumulate, and may be reversed, for Account transactions that are business related transactions or activities. AAA Dollars will accumulate for personal transactions only. AAA Dollars will not accumulate if an Account is not in good standing under the terms of your Cardmember Agreement. We may decide in our sole discretion which transactions qualify for AAA Dollars, now and in the future.

There is no cap to the number of AAA Dollars that may accumulate in any monthly billing cycle (subject to the amount of credit available on the Account). AAA Dollars are considered earned when they are posted to the redemption system. Accounts will be updated monthly. AAA Dollars may take up to 60 days to be posted following a qualifying purchase. AAA Dollars cannot be earned for Net Purchases until an Account has been established. No retroactive credit will be given for prior purchases. AAA Dollars from different Accounts will not be automatically pooled into one Account. AAA Dollars cannot be used in conjunction with other frequency or reward programs.

The complete range and variety of available rewards including AAA Gift Cards, merchandise rewards, cash back in the form of a statement credit, gift certificate/gift card Rewards from popular merchants, and any other program rewards, and the number of AAA Dollars needed to obtain each reward is described in the Program Rewards Schedule. ACG Card Services and/or third party vendors may change or terminate participating merchants, withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any rewards, or increase the number of AAA Dollars required for any reward at any time without advance notice, even though such changes may affect the accrual or value of AAA Dollars or rewards.

You may only redeem AAA Dollars for rewards if the outstanding balance of your Account is below its credit limit and if your Account is open and in good standing under the terms of your Cardmember Agreement. All AAA Dollars redemptions are final. AAA Dollars are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used as payment for obligations owed to ACG Card Services (except as a permissible statement credit as part of these rules) or its affiliates. There are no refunds, exchanges, replacements or conversions for currency, credits, other AAA Dollars or rewards for unused portions or rewards.

We reserve the right to verify and adjust AAA Dollars at any time before or after posting any redemption. Once you or we close an Account for any reason, all accumulated AAA Dollars earned through your AAA Dollars Mastercard are forfeited.

AAA Dollars awarded but not redeemed will expire at 11:00 p.m. Central Time on the last day of the calendar quarter that is five (5) years from the date on which they were earned. AAA Dollars are redeemed or expire on a first-in, first-out basis, so that the AAA Dollars you earned are used or will expire first before later earned AAA Dollars.
